Therefore, we recommend that you

​Returns & Refunds

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the delicate nature and fact that our items are "Made to Order", we do not offer refunds or exchanges at this stage.

 

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, so please choose your items carefully and contact us with any questions or concerns prior to placing your order.

After receiving your item, please inspect the piece immediately. You will have 48 hours from the time of receipt of delivery to notify us of any errors. If you receive the incorrect product or if your product arrives damaged (not due to shipping or carelessness with handling), please contact us,

we will provide instructions for incorrect items and damaged items. If the item's damage is not due to shipping, you will need to notify us within 48 hours of item receipt and we will repair or replace as needed. After 48 hours of receipt, any damages to the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. All purchases made through this shop will be subject to these terms, so please inspect your order immediately after receipt. Do not delay!

PAYMENT:

All major credit cards are excepted. 

PRODUCTION TIME: 

Approximately 2-3 weeks for headpieces & veils.

Approximately 1-2 weeks for jewelry.

*Our Production Time does not include Shipping Time.*

 

All our styles are handmade to order with lots of care and attention to detail, so things can take some time. We highly recommend ordering your piece(s) sooner rather than later to ensure that you will receive in plenty of time (2-3 months) before your special event.

 

SHIPPING TIME: 

Approximately 5-7 working days through USPS.  All shipments require a signature upon delivery. 

 

COMBINED SHIPPING:

If you purchased another item in a seperate transaction and would like to combine shipping, we are happy to do so.  Your order will ship out after the processing time of the latest item that you purchased is fulfilled. Please contact us asap.

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number by e-mail. Orders are not shipped on weekends and major holidays. Some delays can occur during busy periods and public holidays. PFC Couture can not be held liable for any delays with the shipping company.

 

If you need a RUSH ORDER – please contact us prior to placing your order to determine it is a possibility. Rush Fees may apply.
